Thousands of supporters gathered in Pretoria to celebrate Mamelodi Sundowns’ CAF Championship triumph.
The victorious team was paraded through the capital aboard an open-top bus, proudly displaying the silverware to jubilant fans lining the streets.
The main celebrations were held at Church Square, where festivities continued late into the night as supporters sang, danced and cheered the team’s achievement.
Mamelodi Sundowns Production Manager Zanele Mathe said the victory was the result of years of hard work, sacrifice and dedication by the club.
She also thanked the “Yellow Nation” — as Sundowns supporters are affectionately known — for standing by the team and continuing to believe in their success.
