A Soshanguve family is devastated after their daughter Palesa Malatji, a Grade 12 learner at Ntsako Secondary School was found raped and murdered last week Thursday. Member of the Mayoral Committee responsible for finance, Peter Sutton says the City of Tshwane will prioritise the relocation of members of Eerste Fabrieke and other communities referred to as Mamelodi flood victims this year.
