The multi-talented ‘’Wuz Dat’’ hitmaker – Boity Thulo –  took to her Instagram on Tuesday, posting a video of her rapping to one of her favourite songs, by Loatinover Pounds,  “Sosh Plata’’.

‘’I am back in studio, so I decided to play around with one of my fave tracks, #SoshPlata. We can call this one the unofficial #QueenMix”, she captioned the video with the track playing in the background.

Fellow rapper Nadia Nakai, Thando Thabethe and Bobby Blanco were among those who gave the freestyle a thumbs up leaving fire emojis in the comment section.

It has been 3 years since her last offering, 4436 which was her first EP released in 2020, and her fans have since been asking her to drop more bars.

While her supporters continued to hail the Queen, the ‘’Roll up’’ star, Emtee also decided to hop onto the wave and took to Twitter to ask her for a feature.

Both Boity and Emtee’s fans are in for a treat as they hinted that they would be working on a collaboration.

Boity made her music debut in 2017 and in the same year scored a chance to join rapper Nasty C as one of the opening acts for Migos.

Following the release of Wuz Dat featuring Nasty C in 2018,  she silenced her haters when it was certified platinum in 2019, making her the first ‘female’ rapper in South Africa to achieve such a milestone.

She was also named ‘Best Female’ artist at the 2021 South African Hip Hop Awards. Boity beat the likes of Gigi Lamyane and Moozlie among others when she was nominated in four other categories which included Mixtape of the year for the 4436 EP.

During her hiatus, Boity said she was working on perfecting her rhymes and flows and vowed to come back to shut it down one track at a time, as she now says in one of the lines in the freestyle, ‘’Ka spana joe’’.
