American singer and dancer, Christopher Brown popularly known as Chris Brown has dropped some hints of him touring South Africa.

On his official Instagram page, the Back to sleep hitmaker posted a short snippet where he is seen walking on a street with the Mzansi flag appearing behind him.

The short video was preceded by a post on his story, which read “South Africa I’m coming.”

This caused a frenzy on the platform, with even SA’s celebrities expressing excitement at the possibility of Brown gracing the country with his presence.

Choreographer Bontle Modiselle-Moloi, rapper Boity Thulo including comedian Robot Boii were amongst those who commented on Brown’s post, without any words, but fire and dancing emojis.

This would be Breezy’s first trip in almost 10 years after headlining a one-night-only show in 2016 in Durban.

Although no official dates or details surrounding his local tour have been announced yet, fans on X humorously shared their plans to ensure they don’t miss out on the King of R&B’s magic.

“There goes my Two-pot for 2025, 2026, 2027.” wrote @Tumi Nkosi.

“Chris Brown is coming to South Africa?? Yho there goes my mom’s fridge.’’ @B_Yandaa commented.

The multi-award winner recently concluded his 11:11 tour with last stops in the United States and Europe.

The 11:11 album which dropped last year was well received with songs like Sensational  featuring Davido and Lojay and Residuals topping the charts.

With so many sing-alongs, it is a no-brainer that Brown’s concert will definitely be a jump.

What is your favourite Breezy song?
