The Megacy has been given an opportunity to experience Supa Mega’s greatness in K.O’s latest offering.
Ntokozo Mdluli popularly known as K.O or Skhanda Gawd, has released the much-anticipated King Size song where he features the late rapper, Kiernan “AKA” Forbes.
The song comes 10 years after the two collaborated on hit track, Run Jozi back in 2015.
King Size features on K.O’s upcoming album, ‘I Think You Spoke Too Soon’ alongside ‘Let Me Cook’ feat Maglera Doe Boy, Pasopa with Usimamane and the soundtrack of the film losing Lerato 2, On The Way.
The Skhanda Gawd Posthumous feature of AKA received praise, and fans thanked him for paying tribute to the slain Hip Hop star.
“Those who killed @akaworldwide made a very big mistake, RIP Kiernan Forbes. Thank you Ntokozo,” commented @wanthola_king.
@mongz_h wrote “Another one for the history books, another classic.”
Despite being largely well received, some users on X are of the view that something was missing and the feature doesn’t sound the same.
Even with some criticism, AKA and K.O’s creativity and lyricism remains impressive, as they have proven their multi-talented capabilities in a number of hits.
Although the reunion of the two brought hype and excitement for Hip Hop fans, it also reminded them of the great loss from the untimely passing of the Supa Mega.
Six men implicated in the murder AKA and his friend, Tebello ‘Tibz’ Motsoane have since been arrested.
The state was granted permission to extradite two other suspects from Eswatini, and the matter is expected back in court on 29 November 2024.
