Remanded in custody, Dr. Nandipha Magudumana and co-accused Teboho Dipholo will return to court on April 17 for information regarding bail.
Magudumana returned to South Africa with her wanted boyfriend Thabo Bester and showed up at the Bloemfontein Magistrate’s Court in Mangaung, Free State, to be formally prosecuted.
Magudumana is accused of a number of crimes, including fraud, murder, body-violation, and aiding and abetting.
After being detained on Friday in Tanzania, Magudumana and Bester were taken back to South Africa early this morning.
Bester is currently in around-the-clock protection at the C-Max prison in Pretoria.
