Amla scored 9,282 runs – second only to Jacques Kallis’ 13,206 – at an average of 46.64 in 124 Tests. Police in the North West have verified the death of a 47- time-old man, who was maltreated to death by two tykes in Bloemhof. Police prophet Aafje Botma says examinations show that the man was walking when the tykes allegedly broke free through a hole in the hedge and attacked him.
