A 30-year-old woman was stabbed to death allegedly by her boyfriend in Mogwase outside Rustenburg in North West.

Colonel Adele Myburgh, a spokesman for the North West Police, reported that Petunia Keabetswe Molefinyana was stabbed multiple times yesterday. Molefinyana died as a result.

It is believed that after visiting the Department of Labour office, she was attacked outside the Mogwase Shopping Complex.

Her boyfriend has been detained by police and is scheduled to testify on a charge of murder on Monday at the Mankwe Magistrate’s Court in Mogwase.
