The two political parties are unanimous that the man accused of killing TUT final year student, Ntokozo Xaba must be denied bail and they also called for a speedy trial. The parties were attending the murder trial of former rugby player Ngcebo Thusi which was postponed by the Pretoria Magistrates Court for further investigation. Police are investigating a case of murder after a 21-year-old student, Ntokozo Xaba, was stabbed to death at a house in Pretoria Gardens last week.  Xaba was a Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) student. There are 80,1% of matric learners who passed while about 20% failed their matric examination. Gauteng Health MEC Nomantu Nkomo-Ralehoko says the department is getting an overwhelming positive response from parents following calls for pupils to get immunized for measles following reports of a measles outbreak in five provinces including Gauteng and the North West.
