The Board of the Road Accident Fund (RAF) has placed four senior executives on precautionary suspension with immediate effect. In a statement, the board said the decision was taken to allow for an independent and unhindered investigation into certain administrative and governance matters within the organisation. The two brothers sought in connection with the murders of musician Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and his friend Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane, will be extradited to South Africa next week from Eswatini. Siyabonga and Malusi Ndimande withdrew their appeal against extradition from Eswatini to South Africa. The brothers were arrested in Mbabane, Eswatini, after fleeing the country following the murder of AKA and Tibz and opposed South Africa’s extradition applications. Vodacom has announced that it has reached an out-of-court settlement with “Please Call Me” inventor, Nkosana Makate. The company however did not reveal the final settlement amount and only highlighted that it might be revealed when it releases its interim results next week Wednesday. “Shareholders are hereby advised that on 4 November 2025, the Vodacom board approved a settlement agreement, and the matter was settled by the parties out of court. The City of Tshwane said it has noted recent reports of an increase in laboratory confirmed typhoid cases, in Bronkhorstspruit and Hammanskraal. According to the municipality, preliminary results of recent drinking water samples taken and tested have not determined an epidemiological link between these cases.
